Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on orders except in the following cases:

1. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Product
Replacements will only be provided if:

  • The product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof

Replacement Policy

  • Only replacement will be provided in valid cases mentioned above
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order:

  • Before dispatch/shipping, or
  • Within 12 hours of placing the order (if not yet shipped)

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
